We took the truck in for a service, and they made room for us because we made a mistake with the date, which is appreciated. Juan Antonio served us perfectly and provided us with the invoice. The bad mark goes to the receptionist at the workshop, Inma. We paid by bank transfer; since it wasn't immediate, we couldn't pick up the vehicle, which I understand. Her haughty and arrogant manner is what led us to give this mark. The colleague driving the truck, who speaks little Spanish, barely allowed him to speak, rudely explaining his rules. We won't be taking the truck back. I feel bad because colleague Juan Antonio took a huge interest, but you have to treat people politely and not be so arrogant.

Good repair shop, the shop manager is pleasant and serves you right away. There is a waiting room with machines for soft drinks, snacks, and coffee. Access is a bit complicated and confusing, but not too difficult.

Don't take trucks to this dealership. They make up the invoices. I took a truck that was in perfect condition, just to have a faulty dashboard repaired. I took it on Friday at 9:30 a.m., and they picked it up on Monday. They said it was a lie that I was taking it at that time, even though I had to present the GPS at their address. In the end, they gave me a bill of €2,700 because it was supposedly missing parts, and so I couldn't drive. All of a sudden, they started talking about scam garages. In the end, just looking at the truck cost them almost €300. Those clever guys. I asked for a complaint form, but they didn't have one, because the girl wasn't there at 5:30 p.m. Then the manager called us to apologize and to let him know when I arrived to avoid the complaint. I encourage everyone to report the abuse they've received. If nothing else, we'll do something about it. These scoundrels continue to take advantage of it, and we'll have to pay.
