Some people renting our campervan went there during their vacation because of a warning light. They offered us a diagnostic for €80, which would tell us the type of fault, provide a quote, and estimate the repair time. None of the three things they did actually fixed the problem, but they still charged us. Their next suggestion was that they'd have to open up the campervan, adding that cost to the diagnostic fee, and we still didn't know how long it would take or how much it would cost. Everything was spoken in very fast Portuguese, making communication difficult. I told them at least four times that I didn't understand. We told them to leave the campervan, that we were going to leave. Then they had the nerve to start speaking in Spanish to tell us that the campervan couldn't leave on foot, and immediately gave us a quote for €1400 just for parts. We called a tow truck and left as fast as we could. We are very unhappy with the service, the lack of empathy, and the unprofessionalism, especially considering it's an official Renault dealership.

The rude workshop manager, I speak to him, he turns his back on me and leaves. A blatant lack of manners and politeness, and I doubt their competence. If I hadn't been there, he would have given me the wrong oil. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back. The oil they used was bought at a gas station. It's pathetic.

If you have a problem you can go there with your eyes closed, all the employees will do their utmost to make sure everything goes well: Fast repair! Ordered part arrived on time! And friendly and helpful staff despite the language barrier
