The absolute worst… I absolutely do not recommend going to this dealership. They're ripping you off with their prices as long as they can, and if you ever dare to complain about their overcharging, they won't hesitate to threaten legal action. They pressured me to return the vehicle the day before the lease agreement ended because they needed it. They wouldn't let me take it to Veinsur (a Volvo dealership in the same industrial park) to have the Toll Collect toll device removed from Germany that day, even though they promised to take care of it (since they can't offer this service themselves). They didn't, however. And to top it all off, they sent me a bill for over €2,000 for cleaning and repairing bodywork damage to the truck, even though it was returned clean and with normal signs of use for three years, but no damage whatsoever. On top of all this, I also had to pay for the toll device itself, which I received after I had already returned the truck. As I mentioned, they didn't remove it and started another lease agreement, during which the vehicle's user was driving in Germany with our device. They'll rip you off whenever they can, zero professionalism… The trucks have to go there 20 times for the same thing, and it's all about charging for hours. The staff changes up to three times a year, and you never speak to the same person at reception, the workshop manager, or anywhere else. They're complete crooks.

They scheduled us for 3:00 PM, but when we arrived they told us it would be nearly impossible (which is understandable if they called and didn't make us travel for two hours). Then at 6:00 PM they told us it wouldn't be inspected. If you can avoid this, there's a Renault Truck workshop 40 minutes away in Santa Cruz de Múdela.

They inspected my tachograph and they were really quick and responsive.
