The place itself is beautiful — truly like a dream. However, that doesn’t help much when I have an issue with my car and they’re fully booked for the next two months, with no time for even a quick check-up. I hope they stay this busy for their own sake, especially with more and more Asian brands entering the market. The second star is for the engineer, who at least explained politely why he couldn’t help. But considering how much we pay for their cars, it’s hard to feel sorry about the situation they will be in a few years…

I had a great experience with Andre Schneeweis at Russjesinger Mercedes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated his honest and friendly approach. Highly recommended!

The auto service and customer service here was absolutely fantastic. I walked in and was greeted by a young woman that immediately helped me and set me up with my service representative named Maik. Maik was very Professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite and attentive to my concerns. He escorted me to the garage area to check out my car where I was then greeted by several Mercedes mechanics that were also very knowledgeable and polite. The customer service was far better than I could have ever imagined. The service to my car was also amazing and extremely fast especially considering they had to order parts and replace several other parts. I bought a C200d with younge stern guarantee and during the 1st month the start/stop system didn't work well due to the battery. After 2 months the battery felt down. I got in touch with Mr Andre Schneeweis, who I had the deal before byuing the car and also with Mrs Latus (who had replaced him cause of his vacation) and both directly took care of my problem and accepted the cost of replacing the battery here in Athens/Greece where I live, transfering money into my bank account.
