Disgraceful service. I arrived at 2:00 PM, the time the Saint Christophe landfill opened, but it was closed for over an hour due to waste disposal!!!
No notice... I wonder, can't this be done when the landfill is closed?!

Good morning.
I'm here to share my experience with the Quendoz waste company.
Terrible work, bins that aren't emptied by workers,
Incompetent phone support (it would be quicker to install a robot that repeats the same things over and over again), and no one to resolve the issues.
I'm writing this now after several complaints...
I collect boxes on Sundays.... Invariably, on Mondays, I find myself calling because they haven't picked up Wednesday's bin recently.... SHAMEFUL!!!!!!
THE GOOD THING IS THAT NO ONE IS GETTING THEIR FACE TO CLARIFY. I'M STILL HERE WAITING....

Quendoz should learn how to interact with its customers.
I've had them hang up on me several times because they can't provide the information requested.
Or they've refused to help elderly people who show up at the recycling center to drop off their heavy waste in containers and who explicitly ask for help.
They have no concept of courtesy.
Every time you contact them for anything, it feels like they're doing you a favor.
And if you dare ask for clarification, they respond robotically or rudely.
Quendoz has become too accustomed to this strange monopoly it has had on waste management for far too many years (how this situation is possible is a mystery) and to the fact that it gets paid so much, regardless of how it treats its customers.
The municipality of Aosta should provide a tool for reporting these kinds of problems and taking effective action, and demonstrate that it isn't intimidated by the "power" Quendoz appears to have over municipal administrations.
Better yet, the municipality of Aosta should assign waste management to another company.

The public organic waste bin has been broken for a week in July, and there's been no response from the company. We can't throw away their trash because the card reader is broken! This is a scam that doesn't belong in Aosta!
