The public organic waste bin has been broken for a week in July, and there's been no response from the company. We can't throw away their trash because the card reader is broken! This is a scam that doesn't belong in Aosta!

Good morning. I'm here to share my experience with the Quendoz waste company. Terrible work, bins that aren't emptied by workers, Incompetent phone support (it would be quicker to install a robot that repeats the same things over and over again), and no one to resolve the issues. I'm writing this now after several complaints... I collect boxes on Sundays.... Invariably, on Mondays, I find myself calling because they haven't picked up Wednesday's bin recently.... SHAMEFUL!!!!!! THE GOOD THING IS THAT NO ONE IS GETTING THEIR FACE TO CLARIFY. I'M STILL HERE WAITING....

Quendoz should learn to interface with its users. Several times it happened to me that they hung up on me because I was unable to provide the requested information. Or that they refused to help elderly people who showed up at the recycling center to put heavy waste into containers and who explicitly asked for help. They have no concept of courtesy. Every time you turn to them for anything, it feels like they are doing you a favor. And if you dare ask for clarification, they respond like robots or in a rude tone. The Quendoz company has become too accustomed to this strange monopoly that it has had, for far too many years, on waste management (how this situation is possible is a mystery) and to the fact that it is paid so much, regardless of how it treats its users. The municipality of Aosta should provide a tool to report this type of problem and take effective measures, and demonstrate that it is not intimidated by the "power" that Quendoz seems to have over the municipal administration. Better yet, the municipality of Aosta should assign waste management to another company.

For the second time I called Quendoz. The request was for the collection of green waste that had not been carried out and for a bin that had not been emptied. They were efficient and helpful. A round of applause to the workers
