Very helpful and friendly staff

Super-fast service! An English-speaking employee arrived before eight on Monday morning, and at eight, we were the first to be helped with an engine problem in our campervan by a German-speaking mechanic. We ordered parts immediately, and the next day, when the parts arrived, they were the first to fix the problem. We were back on the road before noon. Excellent service!

The workshop manager doesn't realize that if he asks for money to repair a vehicle even if it's under warranty, he has to provide the invoice, even though it's for a foreign company, still in the EU (he says he can't). This is an official Fiat Professional dealership, and they see you're from abroad and tell you they don't repair vehicles under warranty, even if the vehicles are under warranty, just to take advantage of it and get a little money out of you. This time, things went badly because they found someone who spoke Italian. Otherwise, who knows what would have happened.

We had a problem with the AdBlue system in our motorhome. We stopped by without an appointment and asked if they could help us. Without hesitation, the guys immediately got to work solving the problem. After two hours, all the issues were resolved (in compliance with Iveco's warranty regulations), and we were able to continue on our way home. Great work and very friendly mechanics.
