I changed the tachograph in the tractor in April 2025. Arrived with a container on the chassis. There was plenty of room to stand. I stood up freely on my own, without instructions. Disconnected the cart. I wrote down the mileage, company name and tractor number. I took the registration certificate. I went to the office, where there were pleasant and cheerful employees - a woman and a man. The man took the registration document, checked the information, asked for the keys and asked to wait. The office has a canteen with coffee, dishes, water, and a trash can.
Lots of chairs and tables. There is fast Wi-Fi. There is a toilet. I didn't see the soul.
They did everything quite quickly, I made a printout where the mechanic guys put service stamps.
The office workers even printed out customs documents for me at my request, for which a special and special thank you to them!!!
The level of service and his team is very high!!!!! If only all services were so competent and hospitable!

I took my horse truck to the shop because it wouldn't start properly and was displaying all sorts of warning lights. They initially worked on it and supposedly fixed it, but when I wanted to leave, I got the same warning lights. They worked on it again at that point, and I had to pay for labor twice, even though they ultimately fixed something their analysis computer had already indicated the first time. I drove home, and three days later I tried to restart the truck, and it did absolutely nothing. No response to the key, no lights, no sound, absolutely nothing. I called them and told them it wasn't funny that I paid over €300 only to end up with an even bigger issue than the one I arrived with. All I got on the phone was "Yes, the battery needs to be replaced," and absolutely no response when I asked them why I'd actually paid a lot of labor for nothing the last time. They won't be seeing me again because the service is truly terrible.
