Following a breakdown on the A10 motorway on July 24th (DS3 Crossback, broken gear lever), at the Blois-Villerbon rest area, heading towards Bordeaux, the response and handling were very fast and efficient (the breakdown truck arrived in less than 20 minutes!) We would like to thank the entire team again for their speed, efficiency, kindness, and friendliness! You were able to reassure us! You helped us at a time when we had concerns and many doubts (with a 4-year-old child with us, it was quite stressful). You found us a top-notch garage that repaired our car in less than a week (it was the height of the tourist season). We can never thank you enough!! Thank you for your kindness!!!

5/5 for the mechanic's responsiveness and friendliness. However, 0/5 for the garage service. We waited a week for a quote that never arrived, despite repeated follow-ups. We were kept waiting for nothing! In terms of mechanical skills: no comment.

I would give the mechanics 5/5. They were exceptionally kind. 1/5 for everything else. A repair that was supposed to take one day took three. And even on the morning of the delivery, they didn't have the parts. While we were waiting to pick up the car, there were five or six mechanics in the office, one slumped in his chair trying to put baskets in his trash can, others were waiting, and they didn't even have the courtesy to say hello. When it came time to pay, the secretary literally laughed at us. If we're bothering them, they shouldn't do this job.
