Coldly abandoned by an authorized Iveco workshop – and a family with three small children.
We were traveling in our Iveco Daily motorhome when the red oil light suddenly came on and the engine went into emergency mode. A frightening situation – especially when traveling with three small children. Hoping for quick help, we contacted an authorized Iveco workshop near our current location. What we experienced there was simply irresponsible.
Despite repeatedly explaining our situation – a vehicle in emergency mode, a family with three small children, no way to continue – we were coldly turned away. No attempt to accommodate us, no offer of a quick diagnosis, not even a word of sympathy. Instead, we were told that "unfortunately, they don't have the capacity" and that we would have to make a regular appointment – at least in several days.
This indifference towards a family in an acute emergency situation was shocking. We literally stood in front of the workshop with a vehicle that was no longer safe to drive, and were simply ignored. No help, no alternative, no hint of other options. We were left hanging – and in a manner that lacked any sense of humanity.
What's particularly bitter is that this is an authorized Iveco workshop. One expects not only professional competence from a brand-name workshop, but also a minimum level of responsibility towards customers – especially when children are involved. Instead, we were treated as if our situation were completely irrelevant.
This experience has severely shaken our trust in the Iveco brand. When workshops operating under the name of a renowned manufacturer aren't even willing to help in an obvious emergency, it raises the question of whether customer service even plays a role there anymore.
Ultimately, we had to help ourselves – under enormous stress and uncertainty. This review serves as a clear warning: Anyone driving an Iveco vehicle and needing assistance should not rely on authorized workshops being there for them in critical situations. Unfortunately, our experience shows the opposite.

I received a very friendly welcome, and the service is extremely good. The repairs on my Iveco were also handled very well. I feel very well looked after at this workshop and can recommend it without hesitation.

Rudeness, arrogance, I arrived with a non-functional web browser on my way to England and they didn't want to help me at all. thanks
