First day of holidays and had a problem with wheel balance only to have eoromaster tell us a wheel bearing needed replacing . They directed us to Renault trucks . We cannot speak French and they cannot speak English but the service we received was exceptional and our problem / repair was made their priority . We walk to Laon and did our tourist bit to return to the motorhome fully repaired and waiting for us . The staff we efficient , friendly and we are so grateful for their willingness to go out of there way to help us . Thank you . I paid the bill and received a free gillet and Renault trucks soap bag . What service . The U.K. as a lot to learn from the French customer service.

Appointment made on Tuesday with loaner vehicle, I was to pick up my vehicle on Thursday, noise problem at the front, vehicle pulls to the right, problem with exhaust gases coming back into the passenger compartment and a trip that lights up. I specify we are going on vacation on the night of Friday to Saturday. On Friday I call because no news of my vehicle, and there I am told your vehicle is not repaired, it is a 9-seater vehicle no alternative solution..... What a shame
