I would like to wish that there was someone at the reception who could speak English for us foreign drivers. The waiting time was long, but when the installer started the work, he was quick and careful and even fixed the fastening of the protective sheet on his own initiative. Thank you very much for this.

They behaved very badly with customers. As if they invented auto mechanics. Anyway, I went to them to have a cold one fixed and they couldn't fix it, after I was informed that it was fixed the problem continued and it gave me the same error when cold. I give one star for the only kind person there who took me over after I was treated very badly by someone else who I think was in charge.

Unprofessional company, rude and arrogant owners, repeatedly seen fighting each other in the yard... not to mention the rudeness of the graying receptionist, who scares customers away with his manners, his know-it-all attitude, but in reality, very poor technical skills...
Not to mention the rental vans... practically wrecks...

I can't give zero stars. I'm extremely disappointed with this company, which has been on the market for years. I purchased a semi-trailer from them, and I'll never do it again. Everything was fine during the contract phase. I specified some specific equipment features necessary for my work, so I paid for them. When the semi-trailer arrived, the one I requested (required with recommendations) was missing. And they didn't even bother to fix it. It's all excuses; if they come here to do the work, we'll pay for it. A stupid response that would make the customer even more angry, knowing that since I'm from another region, I definitely wouldn't have come to do it myself. The owner is arrogant, rude, ignorant, and impolite. Even if he's in the wrong, he wants to be right. A disgrace. They drove me crazy trying to get the registration documents. We showed up twice to see the semi-trailer I ordered, but no one paid attention to us. We waited over an hour for the staff to arrive, but nothing happened, ringing the bell at reception several times. And both times we had to leave. Even when we picked it up, we were given very little consideration. But this is definitely their modus operandi. It's obscene. Nothing. No one will care if I never buy anything again, but the publicity for you certainly won't be stellar. Regards.

I pointed out the irregularities you found in the semi-trailer to you in my emails, not as you say, who pointed them out to me. You don't even know what you were talking about. A business partner of mine came to see the semi-trailer at your place and was completely disregarded. He spent over an hour at the reception desk, ringing the bell for advice, and no one showed up. YOU ARE A REAL SHAME: as you say, you're aiming for the future, but 46 more years is a truly long time to go by with this rudeness and incompetence in sales. With that, I'll say goodbye. And I don't want to talk about it anymore.
