They inspected my tachograph and they were really quick and responsive.

The worst of the worst... I don't recommend going to this dealership under any circumstances. They're ripping you off with their prices while they can, and if you ever object to their excessive prices, they don't hesitate to threaten legal action. They harassed me to return a vehicle the day before the rental contract ended, because they needed it, they did not let me take it to Veinsur (Volvo dealership, in the same industrial estate) to uninstall the Toll Collect device for the German tolls on that day, giving me their word that they would take care of taking it (since they cannot offer this service either), which they did not do… And not content with that, they sent me a bill of more than €2,000 for cleaning and repairing damage to the truck's bodywork, when it was returned clean, and with normal signs of use for 3 years, but no damage… To all this must be added the costs of the toll device that they received from me, after having delivered the truck, since as I said, they did not take care of uninstalling it and started another rental, in which, the user of the vehicle was circulating through Germany with our device. They'll cheat you whenever they can, with zero professionalism... The trucks have to go there 20 times for the same thing, and it's all about charging hours. The staff changes up to three times a year, and you never speak to the same person at reception, the workshop manager, or anywhere else. They're complete pirates.

They told us it would be nearly impossible to arrive (understandably, if they called and didn't make us travel two hours), and at 6:00 p.m. they told us it wouldn't be serviced. If you can avoid this, there's a Renault Truck workshop 40 minutes away in Santa Cruz de Múdela.
