I would like to share my opinion about an incident that occurred during my working hours. I was with you on August 19th for a job. According to one of your employees, I was supposed to wait approximately two or three hours. This time turned into 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and at the end, I was informed that the trailer wasn't ready. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely. The employees had no information whatsoever about the trailer or my task on site. I didn't receive clear instructions and had to wait a very long time, so I couldn't finish the job.
I am disappointed with the service and would like to let you know this. 👎
