I did not experience professionalism at Volvo Constanta. At the entrance you do not know where the direction to the Volvo office is. There are many offices for Skoda, and the office for Volvo is the last one, in the back. There is no message to help you get to the Volvo office. Two employees crowded together at a desk, one of whom is arrogant with a phlegmatic behavior. I was disappointed.
