I don't have direct experience, but I do have an indirect one that I would like to share: The day before yesterday I had an accident with my car and it stopped on the side of the road. A young guy and his friend immediately came out to help and spent a good part of their time fixing my car clean enough for me to drive to the mechanic. The guy's name is Luka, he's very young. He wears a prosthesis. I didn't ask him his last name. He said he works for Volvo Čačak and praised the company. I want to thank him in this way (he'll always have a drink from me when I see him, of course) and also the Volvo company for probably having this kind of spirit.

Excellent service technicians, quick to fix problems, the service director helps in every situation, has an excellent and professional team of people.

Good service. Organized, they fix faults as quickly as possible. Only thing not satisfied with the cleanliness. When a truck is left clean, it should be cleaned and returned to the owner or driver. But it remains greasy and dirty. The only flaw.
