I've had the truck for four months now, and I still don't have the spare key. They keep giving me the runaround, or the salesman tells me one thing and then doesn't follow through. I'll give them another month; if they don't take responsibility, I'll see what I have to do. They're quick enough to make a fuss when it comes to getting my money. I'm not going back there, not even to ask the time.

As sellers, they are not at all recommendable. They sold us a refrigerated trailer with a broken floor and they did not want to take responsibility. This is a hidden defect that they did not want to admit. In the end, they returned part of the money because a lawyer had to intervene... and in the end, they took €1,000 from us... they have very little shame... they charge very quickly and then it took them 7 months to pay...

We finally have the vehicle we needed thanks to Veinluc and especially to the salesperson who assisted us with great professionalism throughout the entire process. Thank you Veinluc and THANK YOU JESUS!
