Unwelcoming staff. However, we all have problems. I had some injectors checked. They didn't ask me about their pressure. I went to pick them up, even though they were supposed to call me, and to my surprise, they were already there. They gave them back to me saying that one was stuck and that everything was fine. They charged 100 euros for 3 injectors without providing any results or values. Furthermore, they couldn't tell me which one was stuck, and they gave them back to me without plugging the openings and without packaging, even though I brought them in properly. In short, avoid them.

We took our Renault Trafic to your garage through a contact. After going to Renault and leaving our vehicle for 15 days only to be told the engine was broken, I can only give you 5 stars, and I could even give you 10 because after 24 hours, the hose was diagnosed and the vehicle was repaired. It was like Christmas came early! We almost had to scrap it, but thanks to your team, your excellent fault finding, perfect service, and perfect turnaround time, we are delighted. One week after changing the engine in a motorhome, the engine, not being properly secured, shifted, causing the clutch hose to come loose. So I found myself stranded on the way to my holiday destination. Var Poids Lourds refused to acknowledge their fault or reimburse the breakdown service bill. In our misfortune, we were lucky that the problem was only with the clutch, because we were about to lose the engine on the road.
