They're unprofessional scammers.
In my case, they told me they were going to do one thing, but when I got to the garage, I found they'd repaired so many other things and hadn't done anything they'd told me about, and I had a €3,000 bill to pay. When they told me the repair would cost around €1,000, and of course, since we self-employed people in this country are the biggest scumbags in the world, I had to pay for the repair to get the truck out, and the truck still has the same problem as when I brought it in. They're creeps.

Fast? Maybe he's going home because he told me he needs 9 hours to plug the computer into the truck. The next day he'll give me the diagnosis. Professionals? Well, I don't know. I haven't even seen them work. It's a disgrace.
