No customer service after a substantial sum of money was paid to Renault Truck. A bad purchase on my part, certainly, but no advice on the day and no fallback solution. ZERO service and support, plus friendliness that leaves something to be desired. I don't usually leave negative reviews and always choose to express my opinion verbally. However, the "manager" wasn't present and perhaps he'll take this message into account to change his company policy.
