I can't understand all the positive reviews about the truck wash. The attendant asked me if I'd like to help with the cleaning. I wasn't opposed to it – so I did. After I finished my side, he immediately started the wash. While walking around the truck, I noticed that several spots on his side hadn't even been touched by the brush. :(
When I pointed this out to the attendant, he said, "Yes, we only have a 40-minute time limit per truck. Since I had an incident, we have to get it done quickly."
I was incredibly disappointed, and arguing with him was pointless – so: goodbye forever 👋🏽.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this truck wash! The work is done with impressive care and professionalism. My truck was in pristine condition after the wash; thoroughly cleaned, gleaming, and spotless down to the last detail.
I'd especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. You receive a warm welcome from the moment you arrive, expert advice, and you immediately sense their passion and dedication. The entire process is efficiently organized, yet the staff still take the time to address individual needs.

I'd give them ten negative stars if I could. December 22, 2025: My motorhome, based on a Mercedes Sprinter, is reporting a problem with AdBlue. I'm on my way from Northern Germany to Portugal. When I asked if the problem could be diagnosed, I received the curt reply that they don't accept motorhomes. What does the camper body have to do with the base vehicle? Especially since there were several Sprinters parked in the lot. I was told to contact a caravan repair shop. The woman who gave me this information was unfriendly, inflexible, and incompetent. As her boss, I would fire her for that.
