I would have written this sooner but I was getting advice from a lawyer as I am looking for compensation from this ghastly garage. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was treated badly from the moment I got here. They made me wait 20 minutes while they chatted at the side, occasionally looking my way. I had an engine failure. I waited 5 days for a compression test. The foreman told me it would cost between 2500 and 5000 euros. He laughed when he told me. I said I cannot afford it, so he huffed and said I would have to pick it up tomorrow as he had to put it back together. I arrived the next day to be ignored again for 15 minutes. I was then told the bill was 147 euros. It was only a compression test. They said it took 7 hours to complete. Absolute lies! My key had a tag on it that said "INGLIS" in big bold letters. I then took my van to another garage who did the same test for free. The new garage said they don't like the English there. The new garage replaced my engine for 2500. They told me the alternator was failing which is weird as I had a new one fitted just 18 months previous. The new garage could not get in to the engine as Renault Trucks decided not to attach the bonnet opening pulley. If you are a foreigner to Spain do not use this garage. The communication was so bad that they would not return my texts or calls even though they were in Spanish. I even had a Spanish friend call who says they were fine with him. Court case pending.

Don't even think about taking your truck to this workshop if you don't want to waste time and money... please keep reading and you'll understand: Unfortunately, my experience with this workshop has been very negative. I took my truck to the official workshop for the first time thinking it would be the most trustworthy place in Seville (big mistake), as my truck was immobilized for 21 days, without being able to invoice a single euro and with constant delays. Every time I went, nobody was working on my truck, nobody, on the 8 occasions I went unannounced. They leave your truck outside the warehouse where there are thieves; it's an area of daily robberies. I have GPS evidence with screenshots of every time they moved it. After a long wait, they informed me that repairs had been done, but they weren't the ones they were supposed to fix, and in the end, the problem wasn't resolved. They claimed it was other problems, but they didn't detect it from the beginning! Unbelievable... and the bill kept going up every day without me even knowing! In fact, they charged me €3,490.22 for parts and 18 hours of labor—yes, 18 hours of labor just to replace two injectors and the cab's hydraulic pump, which should have taken a maximum of four to five hours.
Terrible work. Despotic and arrogant treatment. They hide every time you go to see them to avoid giving explanations (and each one tells you a different story, ugh). They pass the buck. They leave your truck in the street (be careful, be careful). They don't answer the phone. When they see your number, they don't pick it up. I saw the receptionist telling that to the person next to her today... ugh, bad news.
And they're still making millions of euros a year! Good heavens, what is this?! Well, all this and a few other very sad things have led me to start a legal claim with the relevant body in the Andalusian Regional Government (who, thank God, treated me wonderfully) and with my lawyer. Finally, today, December 30th, to say goodbye to the year, as a gift from the "GREAT RENAULT," I had to have my truck towed away on a flatbed trailer, since it wasn't repaired (NOTE: I TOOK IT RUNNING AND STARTING, AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK ON A FLEET-BACK TRAILER). 3,500 euros without repairs, WITHOUT EVEN STARTING, it's outrageous! For the love of God, take it to your local garage before these "so-called official experts." Be very careful before entrusting them with a vehicle, as my experience has been the worst I've ever had in terms of time, treatment, and cost (worse than a bank). I'm leaving you with proof of the gondola unloading my truck at my house, dated December 30, 2025.

A real bunch of scoundrels. They charged me upfront for a vehicle and have been deceiving me for nearly three months. I asked to see the manager, but no one helped me, just a person who says there's nothing they can do. Three months later, I'm still here without receiving the vehicle and without any help after paying €34,000.
