Customer service from the administrative staff is extremely poor, as if they were bothered by it. They don't provide any concrete information and don't even give out a number to get in line for tires or balancing.

Apparently they have too many sales, I don't know why they advertise, I've been trying to buy a car from them for almost 2 weeks, and they call me to tell me that the saleswoman will call me to buy, and she hasn't called me back, it's incredible that they make someone wait so long to buy a car...
