I am taking these busses regularly, they are clean and the drivers friendly. I hope they have a lost and found because I lost my light green umbrella from Luzerner Bank on the bus last week.

Despite the timetable change, it's still unpunctual – simply pathetic. Another attempt, and again, the number 63 bus isn't on time. I wonder what has to happen for the buses to finally arrive on time; otherwise, I'll have to consider not paying anymore.

It's catastrophic that you HAVE to expect a delay of over 30 minutes on a Christmas morning (8:22 a.m. shift change)... There are people who have to work on days like this, but the company clearly doesn't seem to care.
Absolutely not recommended. I would highly recommend Uber instead; it's a bit more expensive, but at least they're punctual.

The bus driver drove past the stop even though I had pressed the stop button 30 seconds beforehand. He finally stopped at the next stop, forcing me to make the arduous journey back by bike and miss my train connection in Rothenburg because the bus was also running late. A scheduled stop would have been sufficient. I reported the incident to Rottal, but received no voucher or anything similar, nothing, just the explanation that the driver wasn't paying attention...? A truly awful service.
