It took over a month to replace a clutch cable, billed at €120 (€25 retail price online) plus "administrative" fees, even though I never received a single phone call to inform me of the cost, the timeframe, or ultimately the availability of my repaired vehicle. Lamentable service; one star is too many.

I have broken down in front of your garage, there is a request for assistance but you can't do anything!!! So I'm going to get help from a competitor in front of your gate, I think it's a shame but that's just my opinion!!!
