We arrived here after a turbine problem on our Trafic, with 110,000 km on it. From the very beginning, we were met by knowledgeable, courteous, and professional staff. The technicians, despite us not having an appointment, immediately performed an accurate diagnosis of the problem, while Riccardo and Davide from sales supported us with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you all.

I arrived there with my broken-down Renault Master. The welcome was excellent, the staff were extremely professional, and very friendly and helpful. The workshop manager was very knowledgeable and transparent. It was a great experience, definitely the best Renault Truck I've ever been in. I absolutely recommend it.

Terrible experience, the worst Renault Trucks workshop in Italy went due to a water infiltration in the roof of my master with a week to live they filled my van with silicone, so as not to get anything done I have to take it to Sicily because I am not able to resolve everything in addition to the fact that I have been fighting for 3 weeks. I absolutely do not recommend, they do not deserve the name Renaulth I would add in addition to the fact that you cracked the roof and covered it up with a patch
