We arrived here after a turbine problem on our Trafic, with 110,000 km on it. From the very beginning, we were met by knowledgeable, courteous, and professional staff. The technicians, despite us not having an appointment, immediately performed an accurate diagnosis of the problem, while Riccardo and Davide from sales supported us with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you all.

Terrible experience, the worst Renault Trucks repair shop in Italy. I went there for a water leak in the roof of my master's vehicle, which was a week old. They filled the van with silicone. To get nowhere, I had to take it to Sicily because they couldn't fix it, and I've been struggling with it for three weeks. I absolutely don't recommend it; they don't deserve the Renault name. I'll add that you cracked the roof and covered it up with a patch.

I arrived there with my broken-down Renault Master. The welcome was excellent, the staff were extremely professional, and very friendly and helpful. The workshop manager was very knowledgeable and transparent. It was a great experience, definitely the best Renault Truck I've ever been in. I absolutely recommend it.
