Every time my van went in for service it came back to me with a fault and I had to take it back costing money in lost earnings . I won't be going back .

Recently picked up a new van from here.I think because it was purchased from a different location they were very uninterested and and made me feel like I shouldn't be bothering them.Asked about servicing and man told me he didn't know anything about it.

Still just as awful as they were when They were KTS. While they may be trying to change the image away from the toxic image they had under KTS it’s a shame that it is still the same people involved and therefore the same level of ‘service’
