I took my truck in for a paint estimate; they had it listed at €1580, so I left it there because they agreed to the price. After a week, I went to the workshop to check on it and saw that they hadn't even taken it in for repairs. A guy at reception told me he'd call me back with another estimate, and they told me it would be €2500. I had to pick up the truck and take it away because I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, seriousness, and courtesy.
