And when it's time to pick up the vehicle, the "very kind lady" (in a way that's definitely not a ladylike one!!) Anna, having failed to communicate with her colleagues, didn't "see" the payment and therefore didn't release the vehicle to you!! Oh well, I'll come and eat at your house... Better find another garage...
