Coming from North Rhine-Westphalia, we were stranded in Weilheim on our way to Italy with a crack in our windshield caused by a stone chip. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist and put in touch with the service manager, Salvamoser, and helped immediately. After a brief assessment of the damage and online research, the windshield was ordered, delivered overnight, and installed immediately the next day. This wasn't even remotely possible with other providers. Therefore, only 5 stars remain. Uncompromising service, as every customer wishes.

Really, it deserves more stars. Top-notch, especially Mr. Ehrsam, who is very competent and helpful. They always try to find and offer a quick and effective solution. If we hadn't sold our RV, we would have remained a regular customer. But maybe we'll do it again sometime.
