They get the job done eventually, but take their time. Very slow workmanship. Don't go there if you're in a hurry, but otherwise okay.

Terrible service, terrible, the workshop manager treated us as if my money was worthless, he handed him the truck assembled and he gave it back to me disassembled, my vehicle was missing parts. I truly do not recommend this place at all. Terrible, terrible, he humiliated us, yelled at us and to top it off, according to the gentleman, we are not clients, as if the invoice that I paid them had been given to me. What a lack of respect to clients, they should give them classes in customer service because they are far from 0 stars. I would not return because they remove parts and give you the truck in half a day. Since I told them I was going to throw away the truck because the repair seemed very expensive, they took advantage of it to strip my car and gave it back to me halfway.

Terrible service A big brand like Renault with such unethical staff as the Workshop Manager On June 27th, I went to pick up my truck because they were charging me €20,000 for a repair when I checked elsewhere and they would do the same thing for €9,000 But anyway, that's not the point of the complaint; everyone charges what they want. The complaint is that I went, introduced myself, paid €413 for the service they had done, and requested a tow truck to get it out, and what a surprise! The workshop manager told me he had used my truck's fuel tank for another car, that I should cancel the tow truck, and that I had to wait while they removed my vehicle's fuel tank from the other car so they could put it on mine. FOR GOD'S SAKE, WHO GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE MY TRUCK'S PARTS ON ANOTHER VEHICLE? THAT'S CALLED BREACH OF TRUST. Okay, so I calmed down, I held on and waited, and he tells me... 3 or 4 hours later, it's ready, they'll call the tow truck again. Well, what a surprise when the tow truck arrives! My truck has lost all its fuel because they put a bad tank in it. The one that was good was sold to another customer, and they put the other customer's bad tank in my truck. They tell me I have to take it like that, missing parts and with only one tank of gas. It's not the truck. I'm going to file a complaint against Renault because they're allowing their employees to steal and become thieves right under Renault's premises, stealing parts from the vehicles of people who drop them off with complete trust. Why is Renault supposed to be dismantling cars for its employees to scrap? I hope to continue with the lawsuit, and I'm leaving this review so that customers who believe in the Renault brand can see what kind of thieves they are.

They were very kind, both the guy in the office and the mechanic. The maintenance was done in under an hour and a half. I wish more places would work like this. Considering how busy they were, they were incredibly fast.

IMPORTANT TO READ THEY WANTED TO ROB ME I called because the keys to the 3500kg truck had been lost and they told me that the key had to be ordered from France and that it would take a week and that it would most likely not work and that the central locking device would have to be changed etc... 900€ to 1200€ 😳 of course I said no INCREDIBLE then searching I found a company in my neighborhood and they told me that a copy could be made without any problem. They told me to go to any Renault to ask for the cutting code and so I did. With that code they could make me a key first and then code it for 200€. I had 2 keys and the truck was ready to continue working. NOW I SAY HOW CAN RENAULT DO THIS? IT'S INCREDIBLE THAT THEY WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE
