Excellent service, thank you Pierre and the whole team. The appointment was incredibly quick; other car garages should take note! 😜 I highly recommend them. I bought my Renault Trafic van from them because their sales service is far superior to that of the Renault passenger car network.

Terrible reception, no parking available. You ask him how long? I'll wait, they don't know. The coffee machine isn't working. No manners whatsoever.

First time there after the workshop service came to Paris to repair the broken axle on the trailer. See attachment. I was able to unload the trailer one kilometer to the customer. Despite speaking French, everything went smoothly, and the trailer was then taken to Beauvais for repairs. Very satisfied with the service. Friendly staff. I would happily recommend them.
