Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not positive. On Thursday, August 15th, I was sent to this garage by Heisterkamp with a trailer that didn't have lights. When I arrived around 4:00 PM, I was asked where I could park in a crowded parking lot filled with cars and scrap vehicles. Several technicians examined the trailer, each with their own solution. Then they all left without providing any further information. (It was 32 degrees Celsius outside.) The garage doors and roller shutters were closed around 5:00 PM. I couldn't help wondering what their intentions were. The response was that perhaps the lights could be ordered on Friday and the trailer professionally repaired on Monday. Otherwise, I would simply have to call Heisterkamp. Given the many positive reviews, I expected better service. Perhaps Heisterkamp hasn't been a reliable payer in the past, but as the driver/customer, there's nothing I can do about that. I left the garage without any further input from the workshop; otherwise, the problem might still have been there...
