A "drive-in" service with very good supply and an example personnel.

Impeccable service! Professional, responsive, and attentive team. My truck was taken care of quickly, and the repairs were carried out with great professionalism. The prices are clear, and you can tell that customer satisfaction is a real priority. I recommend this garage to all heavy goods vehicle professionals who want quality service and complete confidence!

The spare parts manager and the mechanics are very professional and respectful, unlike the vehicle reception manager. I was very badly received, it's not the first time and I'm not the only one. For a diagnosis on a faulty 4-way valve on a 1990 vehicle, I was told that it's a minimum of €400 excluding tax just for a check. Too bad you won't see me again and I'm not going to give you good publicity. You should think about replacing this person who discredits your company and constantly makes it lose customers.

Unpleasant phone reception.
Even if you make an appointment eight days in advance to have three axles fitted with brake pads, it's a nightmare; you have to allow a whole day.

The first precaution to take before taking your truck to the garage is to empty it completely.
I've had wireless headphones, pens, and a Swiss Army knife stolen. And what wasn't stolen was lost: a glove, a cover for plugging in their computer under the steering wheel...
So if I have one piece of advice for you, empty all your belongings, even for a small job.
