Dishonest garage, which pushes for the replacement of numerous parts during MOT preparation, resulting in the refusal of the exorbitant quote, and miraculously, despite the fact that it should have failed, the MOT was validated on the first attempt without any repairs being carried out (despite a quote of approximately €2500 excluding VAT).

Visit on January 19, 2022 for oil change and disc pad replacement. As an international driver, I had this experience two weeks ago at Renault Trucks in Olsene, Belgium. (To top up the engine oil) I was directed to Renault Assistance. Upon arrival at the RVI Belgium reception, I was immediately offered coffee ☕ Unfortunately, this wasn't the case at RVI Loudeac. I still think the Garnier group is a very good customer. I still had to wait four hours; a coffee wouldn't have gone amiss. Unfortunately, good manners are being lost. Good work by the mechanics, that's the main thing.

The supervisor was helpful and my electrician friend worked overtime to solve the problem. It's a great company and a great price.
