The break room is great for drivers, and the workshop employees are friendly, but the foreman is unfriendly and doesn't look for solutions. He always thought the customer was 👑. He should consider who pays his salary, us customers!

The car acceptance staff were completely incompetent. Due to their incompetence and negligence in their duties, they caused damage to property, specifically, hitting a bag and personal belongings with a car driven by an employee of this organization, which had arrived for acceptance at this office. As befits a responsible person, the employee did not admit guilt. Ultimately, the police were called and a report was filed. The estimated damage is €1,000. I wouldn't be surprised if this employee were to commit a hit-and-run on a customer and then deny the incident, citing the fact that "that's how it happened. I didn't see anything, I don't know anything."
