I flagged the review posted by Mr. Pozzi because it does not reflect a genuine experience working with either this company or Mr. Ferri Ezio. This review appears to be a personal reaction to my previous and exclusive opinion of his business, rather than an objective assessment of the services offered by Service Trucks. Ferri Ezio Paolo places great value on honesty and transparency and welcomes constructive reviews with the goal of continuous improvement. However, they are reluctant to accept feedback that is based on personal resentment rather than concrete experiences. I myself firmly believe in constructive dialogue and professional integrity.

Dishonest and rude people with no concern for those around them as workers. They seem a bit like novice manual laborers. The work is really poorly done and without any care for the vehicles. The workshop is poorly equipped and of poor quality. It's located in a hole-in-the-wall, making it ideal for foreigners who don't care about quality. But the speed of the work. Perhaps an ideal workshop for fixing bicycles!! Not for road vehicles.

Giving less than 4 stars to this workshop, for its competence and hospitality, means having argued and created the negative post just out of spite.

Always available and kind. Professional and serious in solving problems.
