Having a vibration problem on a 20 m³ Mercedes Sprinter moving box at around 100/110 km/h, I went to see them to have the front wheels balanced. The very kind guy who greeted me immediately offered to take me for a test drive on the highway. As the vibrations were more in the body and not the steering wheel, he wanted to check for any play in the drive shaft (propulsion) by placing the vehicle on the pit in the workshop. In the end, nothing was found to be faulty, and I left without paying anything, even though he had taken his time to find out where it could be coming from. Very professional, very friendly, and helpful. Thank you! I recommend!
