Very nice staff, I bought a belt which got a tiny scratch. When I came back to the store they helped me solve the problem quickly. Thanks to the two girls!

Unwelcoming staff who make fun of customers, don't try to help them and allow themselves to look down on us. I can understand that you can have a bad day and not want to advise people but three at the same time and on top of that to make fun of people is really borderline. It's one of my favorite brands there are almost never discounts (except online), three quarters of the employees are not trained (no knowledge of the cuts, current collections and the work of the artistic director) and borderline homophobic (the brand has a pride collection, collections with lgbtq icons and a queer coded art director it's unacceptable). I have to buy everything online or pray to find a kind and conscientious person at the Saint Honoré store it's really exhausting I end up buying everything on Vinted. I don't give the brand 5 years before closing most of its stores in France. And honestly it will be deserved.
