Company sent for tire service on the highway. Measures of tires given in advance. Guy comes without tires. After tow to company, it appeared they could not fix within the day. As Euromaster would fix it soon, I asked to be towed from their terrain. The mechanic got crazy, it seems to much for him. I enjoyed the unprofessional show. Ofcourse charging me for all.
Old lady from desk could not write properly from my businesscard, so needed to change invoice. And once again cos she did not understand that it could be without vat. All under very unprofessional bred. Pff better let her retire...
All together: modern stealing for unprofessional service.

I would like to give a good rating to the team at Renault Trucks Services Chaumont, they regularly carry out maintenance on my tractor. They are truly top of the top, whether it's the workshop managers or the mechanics, there is really nothing to complain about.
