I strongly advise against this shop. I took my car to have the front control arms replaced. I spent more than the car was worth, and they overcharged on the parts (original parts online that cost less than 50 euros each, listed at 108 euros each on the invoice; who knows if they were actually original parts?). They also didn't do the wheel alignment (which is perfectly normal after replacing the control arms, and I actually had to have it done elsewhere). The first corner I took at 10 km/h made all the tires scuff... and they even managed to tell me, "It's a completely different car!" My mistake in not asking for a quote first; evidently, as soon as they saw a young guy with no connections with them, they couldn't believe they were getting 100-150 euros for free. Congratulations, it's always nice to see people who are eager to try to rip you off in any way they can. Highly discouraged, don't go to this shop.

Terrible customer service, no explanations about repairs, long delivery times. Endless waits for vehicle collection. A person makes continuous, unsolicited sarcastic jokes. Evidently not worthy of debate

I expected more professional management, with greater customer service and cost transparency. Unfortunately, I can't say the service met my expectations, and I consider this a very negative experience. I hope the quality of service improves, but for now, I can't recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for efficient service.
