I always come here to get my trailer washed out before loading at Bauer. They are always helpful, polite and patient with me as my German is not the best but we get there in the end.. Highly Recommended..😀

The auxiliary heater failed. The one for our camper unit, which is mounted on our pickup truck. So, not exactly the kind of thing the truck repair center usually handles. Nevertheless, they accepted the job. After all, a heater is a heater. The fault was found, the unit was removed and disassembled, the defective parts were replaced, and everything was reassembled and reinstalled. After a test run, everything should be working again. When we went to pick it up, we switched the heater on again. And once again, an error message appeared instead of hot air in the interior. So, back to the workshop to continue the search. The cause was quickly found: contaminated diesel in the canister, which initially caused misfires in the combustion chamber, gradually destroying it and finally clogging the pump. "What now?" Zeus asked. But the solution came promptly. The employees at the truck repair center immediately offered to clean the tank and fuel line and install a new pump. It just had to be ordered, but it would arrive the very next morning. And since it was already late and cold, and we hadn't expected to have to cycle the nearly 30km back, they offered us a loaner vehicle. No bill. No fuss. Because they could. The next day, everything was sorted out by mid-morning, and I was able to pick up our campervan again. With a fully functional heater. Such dedication, helpfulness, and service are not something to be taken for granted. I've certainly experienced it differently. Therefore, a huge THANK YOU to everyone involved in restoring warmth and comfort to our Smilla. And all this with great patience, expertise, commitment, and friendliness, along with helpful tips to avoid future mistakes. And there was even a delicious cup of coffee.

The car wash for our high-roof van is fantastic. Hand-operated roller system with manual preparation. Spick-and-span and sparkling clean

I only give one star because you can't give it less. I had an ordeal with this workshop. I had a problem with the tractor, they intervened on the road and were unable to identify the problem. The next day, I was towed to their workshop and they were unable to resolve the fault, they said they had replaced a cable and that the problem was solved. At 5 pm I left the workshop, traveled 20 km and the problem still occurred with all the electrical anomalies. I had to return to Italy empty and go to a real and competent workshop to repair the vehicle. In Italy in an hour, the Italian workshop realized where and what the fault was. The electrical cables, the ones that pass on the inside of the frame, where there is the bracket that holds the cables, at that point both the vibrations, in addition to the salt that corrodes, there were interrupted electrical cables. Very dangerous because the vehicle could also have caught fire. The Italian workshop told me that it was impossible not to see and understand this problem. I also posted the photo Brummi, you still have to learn to be a mechanic
