This is one of the worst Volvo services I’ve ever experienced and I have visited a few… My visit was arranged for 12:00 o’clock. I arrived 5 minutes early. The gentleman in reception told me to disconnect the trailer but he didn’t say what’s next. Ok, so I’ve done that and went back to reception, got myself a coffee and took a seat at the waiting room. After 30 min I went back to the reception desk but no one was there however I’ve noticed that the guy who welcomed me was on some meeting with other people in next room.
After another 30min I went back to the reception desk to ask if I could get some update on when someone would be able to check the problem with my truck. Lucky this guy was there but the way how he treated me was very unprofessional. Told me I have to wait because all the mechanics are busy and if I don’t want to wait I can drive away.
What an absolute waste of time!
