Very bad service.
We were towed into their garage. They did diagnostic said it was a blown fuze replaced it charged us we left and we broke down leaving the premises. They kept the camper then for two days did what they said was a repair but we needed to get it seen to at some stage as there was something else wrong but advised we would have no problem finishing our 900km journey.
We broke down less than 90kms.
I consider them very irresponsible and negligent in their treatment of us and charging us €835 for this service.

Itziar is super helpful and friendly and speaks great English. We had an air leak in our old Campervan. We got to the garage on Tuesday and were fixed with parts ordered from Madrid by Wednesday lunchtime and back on the road. Would highly recommend.

We broke down in a tunnel just outside Bilbao and needed to be towed to a garage. Bilbao trucks were amazing, we arrived and they got a technician on the job straight away, he found the problem being the fuel filter housing developing a hairline crack allowing air into the fuel system. They tracked down a new part, sent someone to pick it up, fitted it, bled the system and we were back on the road. Fantastic garage covering all makes of trucks.
