I felt like I was necessary evil. Maybe because nobody speaks english there and I don't speak French. Prices of truck models are from crazy, the cheapest and smallest (1:87 scale) that more than 20€. Got a new one air bag suspension at 17 o'clock. Waited from was opened, at 12 I got info that they cant get the piece, at 16 they started repair without any information that they got the piece. Just found the mechanic under my trailer when I go out the truck to ask for info.

Run away. I dropped off my truck because of a dashboard problem. They changed the lights (too big for my truck, the new ones stick out). They changed the switchgear. We supposedly spent hours on it, resulting in almost €600 for a truck that left with the same problems. We didn't even get to talk about it since my truck was parked in a parking lot 3km from the garage with the keys in it. I had to go get it at night. On the phone, they told me to drop off my truck at another garage and that the garage would cover the costs, but in the end, they didn't. The switchgear and lights, which I didn't ask for anything, will be at my expense. Thanks, thieves.

Avoid!!! You wait hours in the office for a correct invoice. They make mistakes with customs, VAT, and car registration numbers. The prices for their services are outrageous! What a disaster!

Today, our campervan had a flat tire at the Crèches rest area along the A6. The APRR service sent us a breakdown service from the Bernard Trucks Mâcon garage. Their technician, Bernardo, was on site in less than half an hour. We received a friendly and professional recovery service. Thank you, Bernardo and his employers.
