They welcome you into their offices to buy parts!!
No one will approach you.
You might have to wait a long time if you don't make the first move.
It's a little weird; it feels like the staff is hiding.

Huge wait of at least 15 minutes even if there is no one before, no preparation of documents even though there is an appointment, unfortunately it is the same at every visit, this is not an isolated case

Deplorable service.
Upon arriving at the agency, the first impression is that they're being disturbed.
They're given a list of work to be done on the vehicle, and nothing is done properly.
It's a disgrace!
