Hello everyone, I received my new Formentor VZ on Friday May 9th after my old leasing contract expired. Everything that happened around the delivery or handover of the new vehicle really impressed me that there is still really great customer service. Not to forget the workshop team who also did a very good job on the old vehicle, i.e. inspection and oil changes. By the way, that is my honest opinion that I have had with this car dealership over the last 3 years... and I guess there will be many more years to come. I took delivery of my new car on November 7, 2023, and was very pleased with the excellent handover and introduction. This was done by my sales advisor, Christian Meyer, from whom I had already ordered the vehicle. I received consistently good and competent advice from him, which is why I found the atmosphere very relaxed and friendly. I would buy a vehicle there again anytime.
