Hello everyone, I received my new Formentor VZ on Friday, May 9th, after my old lease expired. The entire process surrounding the handover of the new vehicle impressed me greatly, demonstrating truly excellent customer service. Not to forget the workshop team, who also did a fantastic job on my old car, including the inspection and oil change. I was able to take delivery of my new car on November 7th, 2023, and was very pleased with the excellent handover and introduction. This was conducted by my sales consultant, Christian Meyer, from whom I had also ordered the vehicle. He provided consistently good and competent advice, which is why I found the atmosphere very relaxed and friendly. I would definitely buy a car there again.
