I express my deep gratitude to the service workers. The problem was with Webasto. They fixed everything and didn't even take any money because the truck is less than a year old, Warranty... Although I didn't provide any documents except the registration certificate.

We had a problem with the lifting platform on a trailer. We contacted the workshop and received uncomplicated assistance within a few minutes. The emergency service came out and took care of the problem. The contact was very friendly and courteous. The spare part wasn't in stock, but they offered us a quick solution with a replacement vehicle, and we took advantage of it. Truly great. Without this solution, we would have had to wait a day for the spare part, and the recipient would have received their goods a day later. It's rare to find a company that provides such straightforward assistance in an emergency, so thank you very much!

Hello. Very good service. Friendly staff. Nice girl, Russian-speaking. I had a problem with my AdBlue sensor. They diagnosed and replaced it quickly. They let me spend the night on the premises. There's a store nearby. Everything was great.

Despite some initial problems/difficulties with my vehicle, the Aubreta team did a great job fixing and solving everything. The replacement part was ordered and installed within one day. 100% service!!!!! I'll be happy to recommend it!
