A truly disgraceful workshop. It's supposed to be a professional service for professionals.
We called at 6:15 PM because we had a broken coolant hose. We told them we'd arrive at 6:30 PM, and they told us they'd close that time and that when we arrived the doors would be locked. If we wanted service, we could call the 24-hour service center.
We'd call the 24-hour service center and charge a higher price for a breakdown because... I don't know.
This is the second time this has happened to me. I could fix a lot more things in this workshop, but it's clear they want to lose both themselves and the brand.

I was passing through Zaragoza and I got an error while loading the truck. I arrived almost at 8am and they quickly damaged the truck. Around 10:20am they delivered the truck to me with the alternator replaced and a two-year warranty. Very good service and everything was very professional.

The worst.....many hours waiting....and they don't inform you of anything. I arrived around 2:35 pm...and around 5:00 pm they leave...they don't warn you, you lock yourself inside...then you go and see what happens, there's the 24-hour mechanic...he doesn't explain anything either...and around 7:00 pm I was still inside without knowing anything...I left around 7:30 pm...without eating, without anything...
