You cut the trailer the day before, you get it ready by passing the ratchet straps through the roof, the next morning the loading is ready, there is a toilet, there are stairs for the cracks, hot soup and coffee are free, I loved it so much, the staff are great people.

After the error message "Brake defective - visit workshop," which resulted in the truck (a Volvo) shutting itself off, and I had to pull over to the hard shoulder of the highway three times to start it (anyone in the know knows the consequences), I drove to the nearest workshop as quickly as possible. However, the service department there didn't even listen to my problem; the workshop was full, and without an appointment, nothing would happen! As a traveler passing through, with a warning light suddenly appearing, resulting in the vehicle shutting off, making an appointment is simply not feasible. Of course, I can only apologize for not being able to foresee the future. Inflexible, unfriendly, incompetent - that's all I can say about the Volvo Truck Center in Frechen. If you're tired of your job, there's definitely the option of staying home!
